Our services

We provide advisory and intermediation services. These include:

searching for and negotiating with foreign suppliers;

guiding you through the steps of the import process;

following the operation until the goods arrive;

intermediating commercial negotiations to help you expand your supplier base.

We act as an advisor and intermediary. The purchase contract for the goods is between you and the supplier. The final decision to buy is always yours.

Unless your quote expressly states otherwise, our fee covers our service only. It does not cover the price of the goods, international freight, insurance, customs duties or taxes. These costs are paid by you to the relevant supplier, carrier or authority.

Where a customs broker, freight forwarder or other third party is needed, that party is engaged separately under its own terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to buy our services.

If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, or in your written quote, before you pay. They include the charges described there.

Our services are sold as one-time engagements. There is no subscription or automatic recurring charge.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we do, we refund any amount paid.

Results depend on factors outside our control. These include supplier conduct, product quality, exchange rates, freight conditions, regulatory requirements and customs decisions.

We do not promise specific outcomes. This includes prices, savings, profits, delivery dates, or the approval of any import.
