What you receive

These are communicated to you in meetings or in writing.

Shipment of imported goods

When you buy goods from a foreign supplier, the international transport is arranged under your contract with that supplier and the carrier. It is not a shipment made by us.

We follow the operation until the goods arrive. However, freight costs, transit times and customs clearance are set by the carriers and authorities involved and are not guaranteed by us.
